7 Days Kilimanjaro Climbing Via Lemosho Route
Overview
The Lemosho route stands out as optimal for acclimatization, offering a less traversed path to the scenic Shira Plateau. It’s one of the few routes where armed rangers may accompany groups on the initial day due to wildlife like buffalo and elephant in the Lemosho Glades. While the minimum duration is 6 days, we highly advise taking 7 days for better acclimatization, minimizing altitude sickness and ensuring ample rest before the summit attempt.
